BECCA BAUGHMAN
(she/her)
Owner and Holistic Psychotherapist

I am profoundly grateful for the growth, healing, and awakening I have had in my life, and consider my counseling work an expression of that gratitude. It is an honor to hold space for others as they develop greater authenticity, resilience, wholeness, and wellbeing.

An element of the counseling profession I truly love is the never-ending opportunity to grow and learn as a counselor. It is a lifelong pursuit that aligns with my innate curiosity and desire to continue to evolve as a person and a therapist. I can often be found reading theory, listening to podcasts, attending workshops, and seeking out the wisdom of healers and teachers I admire. In this way, I believe that clients and I are learning and growing together, and I am incredibly thankful for the opportunity to connect wherever our paths cross on those individual journeys.

I have a long-standing interest in contemplative practices and expanded states of consciousness. I enjoy working with clients wanting to integrate similar experiences and translate them into lasting healing and growth.

In my free time I enjoy listening to the crackle of campfires, bookmarking recipes, taking neighborhood walks, using vintage cameras, and seeking out swimming holes. I consider nature one of my best teachers.

Education & Credentials

I am passionate about destigmatizing mental health care. Caring for our emotional health is just as important as – and indivisible from – tending to our physical health. When we process emotions and experiences in healthy ways, we create better relationships with ourselves and others and contribute to cultivating healthier communities around us.
